Contribuisci feedbackThe staff was extremely friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. This is definitely one of the better Taco Bells I’ve visited.
The service has really declined; it appears that the staff is frequently distracted, perhaps even more focused on their breaks than customer service. During my last visit, I received a chalupa from the drive-thru, only to find a bite taken out of it when I opened the package. I documented this and sent pictures to the Better Business Bureau, the company itself, and the health department. My former coworkers have also provided statements as witnesses to these ongoing issues.
Very slow and treat them as if they disturb them. I have the Mexican pizza. but also the cheese, rice and drilling burrito got and it was excellent. it was my first time.
#1 if the crew is paid more than federal minimum wage that's a waste of money! #2 So slow, cars in drive were leaving left and right. #3 Out of items that shouldn't be out of during a shift due to fryers being down for cleaning #4 no organization, 3 different people handled my order at window ended up with 48 leftover sauce packets after we ate our 2 meals.
Absolute worst TB experience I've had in almost 40 years of eating at a Taco Bell. Pictures below, that taco was a Taco Supreme with no tomatoes but look how it was handed to me, poorly wrapped. Nachos Bellgrande, sloppy made and with no tomatoes. Not a huge deal, service was terrible. Worker had his ear buds in so probably couldn't care less, after three times I tried to get his attention, he stopped and I asked if someone was taking orders he replied... Not Me. What a genius.
