They had a big line and only 3 people so they had a system going for cold sandwiches which I understood mine would take longer since they were hot sandwiches, however by the time i was at the checkout i realized that my ticket was sitting over the grill with no one even attempting it so I asked who was making my sandwich and one of the employees told me about their system and that one of them would make it when they were free. He was a bit snippy about it which i could understand because they were busy but they refused to start my sandwich at all until the line was gone so everyone who ordered after me was leaving the store before they even touched my order. Then when they gave it to me I realized they gave me the wrong bread so I asked if this was the rosemary parmesan and they just sort of shrugged and said they could switch out the bread for me and that was it. We ended up just leaving with the sandwiches as it was but when we got home to eat the sandwiches all of our bread was stale and chewy. I only recently even started going to jersey mikes but if this is how they usually treat customers, and how their food gets prepared I dont understand how they got popular.
Run from this place. They are incompetent. Literally can't keep the orders straight. They lose orders and them all wrong. Food is incredibly mediocre. Worse than Subway.
So for a couple of years my work has gotten Jersey Mike 's for Holidays for the employees, it always fell on my day off, but not this time. Food is disgusting and greasy, I 'll post pics of my oily 'oil slick ' sandwich that I threw in the trash. How did this EVER become a chain?No, don 't do it, No!If you respect your heart do not eat here!

So my mother and I have been faithfully ordering subs from this JM for about two weeks now. But I was placing the orders through DoorDash and things I was paying extra for like cheese or bacon was not being placed on the sandwiches. I called and spoke to the manager and he took IMMEDIATE CARE of us! He helped me realize it wasn't the stores issue, rather something going on with the way DoorDash is putting orders through, but he still took care of us. Today I went in the pickup another order and he even added some cookies to our bag as he promised lol! I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THEIR TEAM! I've worked in customer service for over 12 years and there's nothing like receiving OUTSTANDING customer service. IMO JM subs are THEE BEST IN TOWN!!!!
