The French Toast was delicious, although it was not as fruit-filled as depicted on the menu. The lentil loaf was a satisfying vegan option that showcased creative cooking techniques. The accompanying sauce was a bit overpowering, resembling a spicy curry ketchup. The herbed mash was flavorful and innovative, foregoing traditional butter and milk. Portions were generous, including a refreshing carrot salad with a lemony dressing and almonds. While the prices are on the higher side, around $30+ per person for a meal and a drink, the menu offers other tempting vegan options like Jägerschnitzel and Currywurst made with Beyond meat. It's worth noting that the menus are available online only. Unfortunately, the French Toast is no longer available on the menu as of 2024-03-23.
The vegan schnitzel, red cabbage, split pea soup, and pretzel at this restaurant are incredibly delicious!
Service is extremely slow and prices are high but good quality is there. Only thing keeping me from going back often is the slow service.
This restaurant offers delicious German food and beer, as well as a variety of vegan and vegetarian options. It is a newer location compared to the main one in San Jose. The Lentil loaf is incredibly tasty, especially when paired with basil mashed potatoes and apple carrot salad. For cheese lovers, the Jäger fries are a must-try. I plan on trying the bowl on my next visit.
The service at this restaurant is very slow and the prices are high, but the quality of the food is good. The only thing that prevents me from coming back frequently is the slow service.
