Shana Thai - Mountain View

I absolutely adore this restaurant! After dining there multiple times, one of the waiters already knows my order without me having to say it. It's so nice to have someone remember your order and your name. I really appreciate the great customer service here. I have never been let down!

I really enjoyed the Crazy Bags appetizer at this restaurant. The pineapple fried rice is served inside a cut pineapple, which not only looks great but also tastes delicious. However, the prices are a bit on the higher side.

The food was excellent and we have never been disappointed. We were seated right away and the service was quite attentive.

Been to this restaurant many times but I was a disappointed in my last visit. Everything except for the Chicken Wings and Pad Thai were unbelievably spicy. I personally love spicy food, but I and the party I was, with were sweating and coughing b/c of the spiciness. The green beans were so spicy no one ate it. I think the cooks in the back got a little carried away.

Pad Thai was sweet and noodles were a little tough... the wonton chicken appetizers were really greasy. It is cute inside though but not the best Thai around here...
