Starbucks - Mountlake Terrace

This is my new local Starbucks and I've been very impressed so far. The baristas are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcomed. They seem to work well together and enjoy what they're doing. Also, the seating is nicely laid out making working or chatting with friends easy and enjoyable. I look forward to enjoying this Starbucks for years to come!

This has been my local starbucks for 4 years and I have to shout out the baristas there! They're very nice , professional, and hard working. I'm leaving the area and will miss this place!

Corporate may be interested to know that they like to close 10 minutes early too bad if you want to buy a drink or a gift card. they 'll be 'nice ' tell you sorry. well, thank you for not taking money. more reasons than the sonics to avoid...

The baristas here are very friendly, and you never have to wait, unlike the place across the street.

The management at this establishment seems to lack focus on properly hiring and training staff. For instance, Ashley, the barista, tends to argue with customers over simple requests. I witnessed her having a disagreement with a customer who waited 15 minutes for their coffee while she told him to just wait. It's frustrating! She seems to think she’s always right and doesn’t show any kindness to customers, yet expects them to remain patient. I've been waiting at the counter for 20 minutes and still haven’t received a response.
