Starbucks - Moyle

The young worker behind the till, I believe her name was Pam, was absolutely outstanding. The best customer service I’ve ever seen in any shop. She stood with an amazing smile, listened to her customers and gave excellent service. She caught my eye due to...her professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Called for a takeaway twice last week. Blonde haired girl was making the coffee on both occasions and it was bitter. The place is never that clean or tidy. Pity as I love Starbucks coffee usually.

Popped into STARBUCKS Ballymena today with my young son and mother in law, very busy as Christmas approaches but the staff couldnt of been anymore accommodating with us and especially my year old. Great service, lovely coffee. Thank you

Visited Starbucks on Saturday of September as my son loves the coffee. As a regular visitor to this particular Starbucks I know it never really appears that clean but yesterday had to be the worst I had ever experienced. The tables and floor were...filthy. The sofas especially were really dirty with large staining all over the seats so they could do with major clean. My husband called in to join us but refused to stay for a coffee as he said no way could he sit in such filth. Nearly every empty table had disgarded cups and rubbish. The staff are busy making the coffee but I don't think they notice the rest because even the jugs of milk that are available at the end of the counter were empty and there were no straws. It's such a shame as the coffee is excellent and the staff all seem lovely but come on Starbucks you need to get this place clean!

Good setting if you want to grab a cuppa while you shop. Always friendly staff and good selection of drinks and snacks
