The store staffs and on duty manager lack of computer literacy and can not solve mobile order issues on their end so that successful mobile order was not honored by the store. However, the store lacks basic training for professional service and service quality. I had same issue with Wendy’s but was provided food I ordered even the order info was not received by the store for unknown franchise technical issues. I was not provided food or service even I submitted the order successfully and asked them to troubleshoot their own problem. Obviously, the store team treated the customer like trash. Refund what you did not earn . Shame on you!
Luli, you may be the worst cashier I've ever met, at least fake a smile. Feel sorry for you, but you need fired.
I live in S.Norfolk and I will travel all the way to buy the last decent Burger King around. Hot and F'n good every single time. Thanks for the burger. I'll be back.
Whoever the cook is they just don't care..... disgusting sloppy sandwich that made me sick.
You would think being in a small town. The people that worked there would have some manners, but they are extremely rude every single time. You come in to the drive thru.
