I was misled about the halal status of the food. The cashier was rude, and to make matters worse, I paid 50 rubles for BBQ sauce and took two packets. However, when we were leaving, she demanded another 50 rubles, claiming we hadn’t paid for the sauces. Naturally, we didn’t give her anything. The prices on the menu do not match the actual prices, which puts us in an awkward situation with a shortage of money. The food isn’t very tasty, and the quality doesn’t match the prices. The sofas are shabby. In short, your establishment is a complete disaster.

The service was sluggish, the sofas were worn and torn, and the paint was chipping off the walls—overall, it was just awful.

We visited this restaurant as a family, and if I were to rate the staff and the ambiance, it would be a mere 1 out of 10. The food was disappointing; we ordered several dishes, and none of them were suitable to eat. The Caesar salad with shrimp was particularly dreadful. I've never encountered anything worse in my life, and I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone.
