The service was really good. And the food came really quickly and it was so good.. Im definetly coming back when I'm in San francisco. Also the view is beautiful.

The Calamari dinner I received was cold. Not even a tad bit warm in the fish is seasonless no taste at all. Probably wouldn’t try from them on a good day.

Recently, I've tried to ensure that my payments are rounded to include the tip, but when the transaction shows up in my bank account a few days later, it’s almost always a different amount—often less than what I had written—unfairly shortchanging the delivery person. In the latest instance, the charge was just a few cents more than my signed receipt. While I prefer not to pay in cash for personal reasons, I might have to start doing that if I order from them again. It's illegal to modify a signed receipt and to process a payment for an amount different from what the customer authorized. Additionally, when the restaurant is just a couple of blocks away, there’s no excuse for the food arriving ice cold. I really hope this restaurant can get back to basics; their food is decent, but poor service and questionable ethics overshadow the taste.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery, but received something completely different. I felt as though I had to plead for my order to be corrected. This was my first and last experience with this restaurant. They may have made $13 off me, but they have lost the potential for future business permanently. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
