I did my first meal prep with them. I love that they call you immediately after placing the order online to go over the final details. The food is super tasty and so satisfying. I just placed my 2nd meal prep order.

Souzafit meal prep never disappoints and is always my go to when planning for meals during the week. From the many options and tasty foods, you can always find something you like. Definitely a 10/10 including the impeccable service.

Amazing meals! It’s always on time the delivery and always warm. They have meal preps as well, which helps me since I work all day- it’s very affordable and lately it seems like there’s only bad foods around this area of mount vernon- so Souzafit is a blessing to me- I highly recommend

I have been using Souzafit for meal prep now for a little over a month and i have recommended it to all of my friends. The food tastes great and they are very flexible with the accomodations. I am someone that cannot each cheese but for my fitness plans my lunch consists of a chicken cheesless quesadilla mean that souzafit prepares and they have yet to disappoint. The previous meal prep location that i used to use was not as flexible and often got my orders wrong. I recommend the teriyaki chicken and the steak. For breakfast the protein french toast is really tasty. The staff is also very friendly and they're always a text away (this is super useful since i do pickups and sometimes traffic prevents me from picking ip at the scheduled time).
