Asam Pedas Askar Pencen - Muar

Asam pedas tasted delicious, Spot on. We had ikan pari, ikan mayong and telur ikan asam pedas. There are also other types of fish like ikan kembung, ikan parang, ikan merah and jenahak. Omelette and vegetable plate are also available. There are also cold drinks such as Teh o ais limau, Sirap limau, orange tasteful drinks. Lots of parking on the roadside. The place is also suitable for group or family restaurants. Would advise others to come to this place.

Good variety when fish. Try well and cheap. Lots of parking on the street.

Asam pedas was very good. They had a variety of fishes for asam pedas. The portion of fishes served were very big and very fulfilling. The prices are reasonable and they vary according to type of fish. Other than Asam Pedas, they also serve different type of vegetables, omelette, chicken dishes and also squid. The ambience was normal and the environment was clean. The staff were very friendly and catered to us very efficiently. Can park right outside the restaurant. Overall, it was a good experience.

A good place to eat for family and friends. Though named as asam pedas which means sour and hot, their asam pedas isn't really hot. However their asam pedas is nice. We took their beef asam pedas which really hit. Other asam pedas dishes are also tempting but the beef asam pedas portion was so many, my wife and I chose to share. Don't forget to get their omelette or telur dadar as well. Their vege dishes are limited but their ulam or raw local veges are fresh.
