Lindenhof - Much

We were there for dinner between the days. The location was still upstairs, but the food was catastrophic. A false food was delivered, the food was cold, the cheese was not baked, the spinach was not definable, the salmon was hard and everything just did not taste. The service was first tried, but then undamaged. Directly after the payment the full water glass was deleted and it was covered for the next guest who had not been seen yet. Direct feedback to the owners was ignored. Too bad.

Ambience nice and cozy, staff nice. The cream carving tasted sour because the sauce lt. White wine is served, we have ribbed on plastered mushrooms). That we didn't know about a cream sauce and wasn't our taste. In general, the foods such as Pommes Frittes and Kottelette were strongly salted. From our point of view, food has hardly differed from food in the snack bar. Too bad.

After the new opening of one of the most traditional restaurants in Much, we stayed there on 26.12.2022 for dinner. Total impression: It is definitely worth visiting. Cosy working atmosphere, friendly hosts, attentive service, delicious food, civilian prices. The Gasthaus Lindenhof is a highlight for the long-term gastronomic thirst route in Much. That's it.

Very friendly, nicely quiet, food very good, happy again
