I can only agree with Sonja. The reviews for the locals on the Internet were all very appealing and I look forward to a good Vietnamese food. The average was not very special. As an appetizer, I had the summer rolls. That was okay, but I ate them a lot better. Strangely, various herbs were added to the dish, unfortunately they were not in the rolls. The bathroom was very peanut. My main dish was the mango salad with duck. That was okay, but nothing special. What didn't go for me at all was the drummer. So far I've only been so rare that you can talk about happiness that you had a chair for yourself and nobody had to take the round. But much hasn't missed! The way to the toilet is very unpleasant you do not come through without meeting other guests or tables. The service was simply underground unfriendly, snippy and inconspicuous. There's nothing that could animate me to come back, unfortunately!

I was very excited about it. I liked the ambience in the restaurant very well, especially the bar area is very nice. Less beautiful, however, is that there are too many tables and chairs and therefore only extremely narrow corridors are available. Both the services and the guests had to slalom. It was even worse for all people who sat directly on these corridors because they were constantly tempered or the chairs. By the way, the restaurant was completely occupied and so it was almost unbearable. In normal volume one could not talk to the lonely neighbor. There are no real two-seat tables, because the neighboring table has only a distance of 5 cm! If I had gone to two, I would have rejected such a table! But if someone's looking for a connection, it would have liked. Our main service the boss didn't even smile all night. Despite extreme volume, she spoke with quite calm voice. This, in turn, had the result that we had to ask each time what she said, and although we really said our orders, she barely understood us and we had to repeat everything. It was extremely exhausting! The young operators are more friendly but not anymore. Special wishes are not like to see, but are nevertheless taken into account with a very energetic facial expression. This does not mean that a desire is also fulfilled. In some pictures I have already seen that the sauce is extremely little on the plates, so I immediately asked for extra sauce when ordering. I think I have extra small sauce, at least in comparison to the other plates. So I ordered extra sauce shortly after. After this was not served in time, I remembered it again. Then she finally came. Not only sauce, but also vegetables, from the crowd a soup bowl full. This, in turn, is positive even if an apology has not come for the long waiting period. The same applies to 2 other problems: A drink was completely forgotten and it was asked 3x when it comes. When it was served after 50 minutes, there was of course no word of apology. I should've apologized to her and I didn't charge the drink. But to nam writes not only the name, but also the service only small. A main dish was completely forgotten. Of course with a woman who had not ordered an appetizer and was very hungry, that is Murphy's law. When it comes, she was asked what she had ordered. From the waiting period one could then realize that the dish was not already finished in the kitchen, but only then cooked. It was of course served without apology. Now for dinner: Mixed appetizer for 2 persons 16.90€ . From price to quantity very nice, especially with regard to the individual prices of the appetizers. Summer rolls The rice paper was partially too little watered? Sauce only moderate. Herbs not wrapped, but lay beside him, so it is difficult to eat at the same time. It's good for people who don't like all herbs. WanTan beautiful crispy, but too little seasoned. Mangosauce okay. Vietnamese spring rolls sauce very good shrimps in the Crispy coat The shrimps cut to butterfly and then rubbed with a kind of puff-frees and fried. Crispy coat too thick and dominant, the shrimps do not taste. My main dish: crispy duck with vegetables and curry sauce 15,90€ duck was crispy and tastefully good, but unfortunately completely dry. Vegetables a little cooked, but tastefully good and the sauce very good. The main dishes were served, there were not even the appetizer plates deleted. The records of the main courts were released only if we wanted to pay. Ask from the service if everything fits for a drink request? all night bad ad! One of us was worried at the end, so the lady asked if she tasted. But she didn't care about our answer, no reaction. She only stressed several times that she did not calculate the extra sauce. Kaputte plates and candles that were not present or were not burned all night were no wonders. Emission 3 4. I know much better Vietnamese. Even if the food was perfect, I wouldn't go back. I prefer to bring my money to a place where not only the food, but also the service, and I feel welcome. Service and seating 1 2. A total of 2.5, but I'm done here because there were more negatives than positives. SCHADE!

I found the lunch table a catastrophe, leftovers from the evening before?????? Duck dried and hard, after the complaint get something new, but without rice and sauce, are overwhelmed with criticism. I don't understand. The peanut sauce a pamp. I wanted to go.

Unfortunately, the visit here was a hearty disappointment. As really disappointed as here, I haven't been in an Asian for a long time. I'm sure it wasn't for food, because it was more than okay, sometimes even really good. But good food alone doesn't make a great restaurant yet. When I saw how tight we had to sit and that was not on the 11th. - The debate is closed. Too bad the weather was not good, because outside it would have been better. The restaurant knew in advance that they were booked. And yet they didn't manage to hire the staff. Wait for the food I still buy, because if the kitchen just doesn't have more space for several chefs, then it just doesn't matter if you cook freshly. But a waiting period of almost an hour for a drink specific that is not possible. And finally the lady was remembered 3x!!!. When I finally got the specific, not even a word of excuse. The food can still be so good, the place doesn't see me again.

Today we were in An Nam for the second time. We had reserved a table for 18:00, but had to leave it until 20:00 as the second layer followed guests. The restaurant itself is quite small and clear, but practical and sympathetic. I had as an appetizer the mango salad with chicken and as a main dish the duck in coconut milk sauce. Both were very delicious and fresh. The duck was tender and crispy. My partner had caught a cola without carbon dioxide, which was not better even after exchange. My mangos choir was without complaint. The service first served two wrong dishes that they just wanted to start eating under the eyes and brought us to the neighboring table. When we left the place at 20:00, all the tables were occupied. The service was not perfect, and if you look at the quality of the food, you can have the same thing somewhere else without a 1/3 surcharge. That's why I don't quite understand the run on this location...
