I was looking forward to some of the pleasant things, but as often it comes to the much trembling “small print”! so it turned out that it was both a 3 star hotel and 4 star hotel in the albert roßhaupter street! the difference makes the name “Ambiance”. since this was used in the booking, we assume that it would not make any difference in which part you are accommodated! that with the house number 18 is the cheaper and in the other is correspondingly more high quality. there is also a recipe that lt. hp is occupied around the clock, which has not been the case with what we were looking for! it also makes a difference in the “Extras”. the 4 star house has a restaurant and a spa area with hammam. both we did not claim! only in the so-called “Superior rooms” you can find a minibar. in the cold season, we were able to “arrange” with this fact, according to our own presentation, this is a family-run high-end hotel in which the guest should be in the middle. in the area where we stayed, it seemed only to be a condition of the case! But what was good for us was that we just paid in the cut 70 € incl. breakfast in the “standard room” – will not be listed on the hp! ! from our eyes, this is detrimental to the customers. I found the references to the classifications used here for a long time. why no such representation, which makes this difference clear! that would be desirable from our own view. the room is appropriately furnished. the best part was the very comfortable boxspring beds: . the bathroom is quite small, so not even two people have space in it, unless you stand under the shower . have read in the net that some have complained about the open window over the loud traffic before the rivoli. because we had a room to the backyard, I can't make any details. the part was that we were awakened several times by the suppliers very early in the morning: but that is something that is acceptable from me. which had annoyed us all the more, how the rooms were cleaned: sometimes the carpet was not sucked, but mostly the bathroom was not at all, until very disadvantageous. we have not objected to this because of the lack of response staff. in the constructional conditions, we had the impression that the elevator was installed only afterwards. as mentioned, the cabin was accordingly tiny. even if according to the details before place 8 people should fit there, more than 2 incl. luggage was already in front of corona not in! rather took the stairs because he was also very slow. directly opposite is the breakfast room that has a lot to offer! which had surprised me a little bit that there had been no broth on most days! for that my partner had been happy about the smoked fish. the selection changes a little every day. Unfortunately we didn't find the rolls so stupid. I had had had a very strong allergic reaction with those with kernels, and the operation couldn't even answer me if I suspected were contained in it... here I would have wanted more transparency! I found out very quickly what I said: . the bagtee was at least not: . my partner did not taste the coffee offered here. for the 12 € which are regularly quoted here, there is a good choice where everyone is satisfied: starting with milk products, over obstinate, to sweet and hearty things is something that delights the palate. if you wanted to read a daily newspaper, this is also possible for free. but it was mostly only the evening on the room. Maybe it was the celebrations that the reception was so spersome. we've been thinking about what we're supposed to do on the day of departure with our luggage. as an option that you can give it to the said location. nevertheless, since it is only stored on a rule that is open in the room and is accessible to everyone if necessary. without a “intentional person” it seemed to be no option for us. I would like to return to the conclusion: it was said that there is a safe in the room. as usual, this was accommodated in a cabinet. but what had been very surprised to us that we had to use them, we had to lay a pawn. that in itself would be nothing unusual! We were handed out a very old-looking lock that you have to unlock with a key! at the numerous hotels I have visited so far, this happened to rivoli for the first time! because of the mentioned advantages we can very well imagine staying here again. but rather in the 4 star house! for the mentioned mängel I draw two stars and recommend it because of the location and unbeatable price! it was not intended, but it is my 90th contribution in a little;
The RESTAURANT GIULIA has very good pizzas and pasta, even the portions are neat. Super price/performance Topp, but the red wine is clearly overpriced. 9 Euro for 0,25 red wine. Too bad, we're probably not coming back, because pizza or pasta without red wine. I can't.
Very good Italian cuisine at reasonable prices with always friendly service

The explanation was that a waiter has failed and someone has taken over the job that has no experience. I can still understand, but that the dirty dishes are not cleared, even though the waiter ran past us five times. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with learned or not learned, but is pure human understanding (empty plates before guests). As it is, we have also ordered a bottle of wine for our birthday party. The side table was only brought when our three appetizer plates were eaten empty. You can imagine how full the table was until then. The appetizer plates (for two people a larger plate for sharing were of the portion and tastefully ok. Drinks are also difficult to get in this place. There are plenty of answers if you are allowed to ask where water and wine remains, that you could finally order after half an hour and still not on the table after half an hour. The food is delicious and the price-performance ratio is great. The service does not really feel German, makes an overwhelmed impression and requires a lot of time. The ambience in the restaurant is top. I would recommend that you look for something simple and don't want to pay too much.
