Great, authentic hot pot place for an empty stomach on a freezing gloomy rainy night. Also after traveling around Europe for two weeks, a good choice to satisfy your craving for that hometown flavor. Highlights: the cold appetizers are amazingly well done, very flavored and authentic Chinese style. Will def come back next time I'm in town.
Open on Xmas Day for dinner and located very close to the Tryp hotel which was a blessing for us travellers too lazy to head into town for a meal. As far as hot pot places go, it wasn't bad at all. 19 euros for all you can eat buffet. The soup was a little bland but once you start cooking all the seafood available (mussels, clams, prawns, squid, fish, crab claws) and meat (beef, lamb, beef balls), the broth becomes sweeter. There is also a selection of cooked snacks mostly offal, but I was informed by my dining companions the bread was pretty decent as well. The main downside is the not very friendly service but at least they were efficient!
It is recommended as the best hotpot place in munich, quite traditional. the Hotpot has nothing special. the waitress is arrogant and impatient and was almost yelling at us. She asked us twice to switch off the fire and to leave the table coz there's more customers waiting, but we didnt even finished........
We were in this restaurant to celebrate our birthday. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the foods were dressed appetit on a low fat. contributions. I can't confirm that eating doesn't fit. it was very delicious! each person has its own pot in which the person can prepare her meat/fish etc. they must leave it in boiling water (2-4 minutes).
Can't complain. this is a really nice charge with beautiful ambiente. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. read the quality of the hot pot also not to wish. we were very happy
