Shalimar - München

Walked in here there was only one party of folk in the place got a table and chose my food and had a nice beer too the food was very nice and not expensive and the chap that took my order was a very nice fellow I really enjoyed it here

We were staying around the corner and walked past several times and decided to give this restaurant a try. So glad we did. Friendly service, great food and not expensive. I had a thali plate which was delicious and you got to pick the meat curry. Meals include rice in the price. No room for dessert as serves were very generous.

Kleines, gemütliches Lokal in einer Seitenstraße. Beleuchtung ist etwas schummerig. Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war insgesamt sehr lecker und nicht zu scharf. Gemischte Vorspeise ist besonders zu empfehlen, ebenso der Lamm-Kebab.

The food was awesome but the atmosphere adds to it. Absolutely lovely tea was offered after the meal. Its a must go for any one visiting Munich. Could not believe we found such a great place to eat out in Munich.

Das "Shalimar" ist für mich das beste pakistanisch/indische Restaurant. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, das Lokal ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch selbstverständlich das äußerst leckere Essen. Hierbei wird eine hohe Qualität im Bezug auf die Zutaten geboten. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist spitze und nicht mit anderen pakistanisch/indischen Restaurants zu vergleichen.
