Cozy cafe with good music and tasty coffee. Very chill

The place is open but there is no one working there. One man running between the cafe and a restaurant next door. After waiting 15 minutes for anyone to come and ask for my order, I just left. The bar only looks nice from the outside. Unfortunately.
