Good place. Good service. Trout was not great, maybe ok. Salmon was good. Baked Potatoe was great. All state run here. Butt the service was goodish surprisingly.

Staff was amazing and very personable we had an amazing time and they were very accommodating to our dogs who also had a wonderful time. We would recommend this state park to anyone who is looking for a quiet and cozy vacation spot Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

However, I've noticed a decline in the quality of food. During our visit in December, we were also comped, but we never expected that. This time, on my child's 16th birthday, the food was disappointing. The dishes were bland and unappetizing—especially the onion soup and club sandwich. When we requested ketchup, it was never brought to our table, and we waited an unacceptable 45 minutes without anyone checking in on us. To make matters worse, our flatbread was cold, the cheese sticks were lukewarm, and even after asking for extra mozzarella sauce, we didn’t receive it. My water was only refilled once during the entire meal. The final bill came to over $43, which felt shocking considering the lack of quality in the food. We hadn’t eaten all day and were really looking forward to this meal. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review like this before, but this experience was truly unbelievable.
