I was absolutely disgusting how we were treated here. I booked a table here for my sonny communion, in which I had to book myself with a 100 euro deposit. not even I was asked if I vaccinated myself or our guests, so... assumed that with such a big opportunity that would be accommodated for outdoors. When we arrived at the bloomfield, the manager came and asked if she would check our covident. I explained that none of us were completely vaccinated and that when I made the booking, nobody had asked me we were. Even if they arranged the day before the ecent to check the number of guests they were never asked, we were vaccinated. I said we would be happy enough to eat outside and the manager said she would check if this was okay. After 15 minutes, she returned to tell us we need to sit outside. when we went outside, there was no place where we had to sit. 12 of us were in common. After waiting outside for another 20 minutes, my man went back to find out what was going on when we thought they would join us outside. he could only find the waitress who had no idea of our situation, but she assured my man that she would ask the manager to come to us. another 25 minutes went by and there was no sign of the managerin. I went back to find the same waitress that also seemed surprised that none of the manager had come to us. I released my frustration on courtesy wise on the waitress (as I know it wasn't her fault) and she said that she would ask the manager to come back to us. After 5 minutes, hungry guests and an angry comunion boy, I decided that enough was enough and I didn't want to pass my money to the hotel bloomfield after such a abuse. I went back and asked the waitress for my 100 euro deposit. She said she was gonna ask the manager. 15 minutes later, the waitress came out with the 100-Euro deposit. I was extremely disdained that the managerin, after everything that the accusations had not yet, came out and apologize for the inconvenience. absolutely horrific! I would not recommend that someone bloomfield house hotel should trust with any great opportunity to live in there, as they are more than likely very dissapointed and leave them like my son on his big day.
We have here many times for lunch and dinner. However it comes a time when they talk. Some of the workers need a course in customer service and least in how to be polite for customers.A lot of the...staff are wonderful, but many are quite rude as we were not sure during the kovid whether it was table service or did not ask for lunch.
First we are sad to post this, as we have come to this hotel for ten years. we loved eating, the staff was very nice, but the experience we and many others had with the lady in responsibility. the bar restaurant was completely unacceptable. the dame was extremely rude, confrontational with the customers by lifting their voice and entering their personal and security space through the face directly in front of the customers. I know the people have a bad day, but that was on another level, they ruined our family stay
Whether you're staying or just visiting, the food at this restaurant is absolutely heavenly. The dishes are extremely flavorful, and the service provided by the friendly and efficient staff is top-notch. The restaurant is situated in a comfortable and pleasant setting, offering great views of the parkland and lake.
