Contribuisci feedbackThe staff is always so nice and the food is great when it's fresh. Worth waiting for a new batch of orange chicken if that's your thing and the honey sesame chicken is my favorite. Perfect balance of sweet, spicy and hearty.
Love the food. Good service good prices you get a lot of food for what you pay
I went in and waited about 30 minutes to get my order taken. However i dont mind, as a previous food manager, I understand their struggle. They only had 3 people working which was clearly not enough, but they were working as hard as possible. The lady apologized to me and give me a free small drink which was nice.
One of the worst Panda experiences I had in a very long time. brooke is the cause of care and should no longer be used by panda express. I came to dinner at 8:30 a.m. and my friend went to order bigger teller. jackie took our order and right before she began to fill it brooke confide that jackie couldn't use the orange huhn that she needed everything that she had spent family meal for 2 different cars in the drive through sold and all the orange huhn needed. I said this is a problem we ordered so they don't put the pages in us. (I didn't want my food to get cold and I wasn't in a big hurry) jackie arranged us while we waited and after we were done, offered us small drinks while we waited. we accepted a table near the bespoke with our drinks. in which time we observed the manager cleaning behind the cooking stations, from which he continued through the rest of the events. after approx. 5 minutes the cook had gone out behind the chefs/line divider and noticed that the orange was out and said we needed oranges? at which point did I discard they wouldn't tell you you were out? we waited for 5 minutes for orange bun. he said I'm so sorry I'm coming right away that they don't tell me we're out. he was very quiet and polite and apologetic. however brooke with a chimed it plays no roll it is only orange hen it takes just like 8 minutes. I said the 8 minutes are not the problem when they told her that she can't use it, they should have told them to do more so that we wouldn't wait all the time until they do more now. she was very sassy and very angry that I cried about what was a mostly empty lobby. the manager during this event was very visible in the cooking area from the situation did not seem to care or be surprised by it. He never said anything to us. I finally had my food and went on to run her mouth on me until I was out of the door. to the point where it wasn't right with me. I decided that I had to talk to a manager who turned my truck back from the truck and went into the load and asked a manager of the cook at the point where I found the guy in black, who was there all the time was the manager. (if they can call him that it did not succeed, a thing in the whole situation) I informed him that she was excessively rude for me and that it was unacceptable and he had to deal with it, and I would leave a bad review and a call. at the point where brooke is involved in the conversation by screaming business on google it is public knowledge. She said it was brooke, what you heard, I started running away, and I realized he wouldn't be a help because he hadn't said anything yet. when I left, she asked my name. Now you have it. my visit was at 8:39 o'clock 9/10/22 and hopefully there is a nice security surveillance for someone higher to correct the situation.
It was good, the rice was little dry, not enough liquid for your rice. The rice get hard when you try to reheat
