Taco Bell - Muncie

They’re doing quite well. Although I had to wait a bit, the staff was friendly and they got my order exactly right—100%!

I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru on Sunday, September 18th, around 10:30 a.m. Every employee I encountered was quite rude. I felt ignored while I sat in my car, and when I requested that my salad be served on the side, they told me it wasn't possible due to their policy. When I asked to place a completely new order with the salad on the side, they refused to take it, claiming that they couldn't process a second order at the drive-thru, which I know isn't true. Having worked at Taco Bell for three years, I've never experienced such a lack of respect. It seems that the situation worsens as younger staff members are hired. I truly feel for anyone living in a world where respect is lacking. Even a simple request seems to be met with disdain, and it's disheartening to see employees dressed so casually and disrespectfully these days.

The food is good when they're open, but every time I visit, regardless of the hour, I'm disappointed to find that they never have enough staff to serve customers.

The most unprofessional employees. the drive thru still does not take orders, but no sign to let customers know. You're always just waiting to say that you can't command that you have to go in. I have proposed a sign and the girl is evil. absolutely incredible!

After waiting at the counter for about ten minutes.The blonde manager comes over and tells me to order from the nasty kiosk that was dirty if i wanted to order something this is the second time ive been denied to order from this same location. So i will not be returning to madison st. Taco bell again i guess they think rude customer service will keep them in business
