Taco Bell - Muncie

The restaurant was tidy, and the staff were extremely friendly. We ordered a party box, and the tacos were freshly made and served promptly.

I had a fantastic experience with the drive-thru service during my recent visit. The line moved quickly! I ordered the Nacho Bell Grande, and if you're a nacho fan, I think these are quite delicious. They come loaded with meat, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and I believe refried beans as well. I definitely plan to return for these nachos in the near future!

I waited 30 minutes for my meal, and the burritos were disappointingly small, oddly shaped, and served lukewarm. When I inquired about having our burritos grilled, the staff replied, “You know they’re already pretty grilled, right?”

Frequently closed or at least not serving food during the posted hours, even if it is possible to order through the app (so you have already paid for your meal), especially in the morning. Often from items, from eggs (this is the whole breakfast menu) to napkins. Large drinking lids are a common one they usually do not even mention when you have ordered in advance and only give a medium instead.

We went thru the drive thru and ordered 10 soft tacos and 2 burrito supremes. Nothing in the order was boxed, all items ordered were just thrown in together. They always used to put 10 tacos in a box. All foods were just barely warm when we went to eat. Very disappointing. Then the bill was over $28! Much too expensive for a quick evening meal that was almost cold!!
