We stopped in for a late lunch today and were pleasantly surprised by the beautifully updated interior—it’s truly stunning! The owner greeted us warmly and shared all the exciting changes, which I found fascinating. I was especially pleased to learn that everything is made in-house and fresh—no canned or frozen ingredients, just nutritious food! The soup and wedge salad were both delicious, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his steak tacos, which looked amazing! The shrimp cocktail was also exceptional! This is likely going to be my new favorite place when I'm back in the area. Well done!

I hadn't visited Gale St in years, but I decided to stop by for lunch. What a delightful experience! The service was fantastic, and the food was outstanding. The ribs were even better than I remembered. If it's been a while since you've been there, I highly recommend giving them a chance. They've got new owners now!

We hosted a 90th birthday celebration for my mother-in-law, and the experience was fantastic. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure the day was special. Absolutely fantastic food! The service was excellent, and the ambiance was truly classy. I ordered the famous fall-off-the-bone ribs and the prime rib. The ribs were a wonderful example of Chicago-style ribs—extremely tender, high-quality baby back pork ribs with a touch of achar and a tangy BBQ sauce served on the side. The prime rib was perfectly cooked and accompanied by homemade horseradish sauce. They also have an impressive wine selection, and Bill, the partner there, demonstrated great knowledge about it; you could tell they’ve put a lot of thought into their offerings. I can’t wait to return and try more items from the menu! Today, I also sampled the happy hour specials, and I must say, these are some of the best specials I’ve ever experienced!
