Mcdonald's - Mundelein

Horrible. The kiosk I ordered in didn’t give me a receipt and the workers didn’t believe I ordered the food, then after I paid they took forever to give me my food and they told me that they “accidentally “ deleted the order. Like what? How does that happen. After all of that the food they gave me was so terrible too, drinks not even full and everything was just thrown into the bag. I hope they fix their ways of doing things here in this McDonald’s because this isn’t my first bad experience here. And

Very clean inside. The food on the other hand not great they keep mchickens and nuggets for way too long. Every time I get a Mcchicken it's soggy. Service is good.
