Contribuisci feedbackTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I took the first bite of my sandwich and it had a terrible taste.. after tasting every single ingredient separately I realized the olives were bad!!So I called the store and after explaining the situation, the lady in charge refused to make me a new sandwich and said she will only make me a refund if I bring back the sandwich to the store without a single bite. HOW was that possible?When I got to the store, she grabbed the sandwich and laughed.I asked her again if she could just re-do my sandwich and she said she didn't want to make another sandwich for me, so she picked up the phone and called someone to help her with the refund.She was veeeery RUDE!
Does not take coupons! Left without buying anything and no sign outside saying they don't accept coupons.
They don't accept coupons. Subway print coupons then drop them to your post box then good luck to find location that accepts those coupons. 0 stars.
I came in in my break from work, and seeing the amount of attention to detail, and care that went into my sandwich is definitely something you don’t see to much any more. Thank you so much for a wonderful service and a great job
Terrible subway location! I ordered a Italian bmt with no cheese because my kid is allergic to it. I made this order through DoorDash, when I got it, it had cheese. I tried calling to get a new sandwich or my money back, the lady kept talking back to me and telling me I can’t order a Italian bmt with no cheese LOL. Then she kept talking about how I ordered cheese on my salad and that I’m creating problems for no reason. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. Save yourself the trouble, there’s a McDonald’s down the street.
