Shoya Sushi - Munich

Staff very unfriendly. Everyone looks grumpy and you're being stupid. Thanks, even if the sushi tasted, I won't be eating there anymore. I didn't see the company responded. I'd like to give tips. They have a smile on their face. Ask the customer if he has everything or needs something else. They work in the service sector, they should live. Then the turnover and the tip will certainly increase. Don't be so petty. They asked me not to wait in a certain area in the restaurant if I wanted to have something to take. However, the whole place was empty. So what it's totally unnecessary to say. Needless.

I recently had the pleasure to visit the SHOYA Restaurant at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich and would like to share my enthusiastic opinion about this great restaurant. From food to service everything was first class. The culinary experience in the Shoya was simply excellent. The dishes were freshly prepared, characterized by high quality and authentic taste. The selection of Sushi, Sashimi and other Japanese specialties was impressive. Each bite was a true pleasure, and the presentation of the dishes was appealing and aesthetic. The service at Shoya was also exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive and always ready to answer all the questions. They were very well informed about the various dishes and helped in the selection to ensure that our preferences and needs were met. The service was efficient, but still unobtrusive, which contributed to a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant was stylish and modern, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Shoya offers both indoor and outdoor seating, which offers a flexible option depending on your preference and weather. Cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant were impeccable, creating additional trust and comfort. Overall, my visit to the Shoya Restaurant was an extraordinary experience. The food was exquisite, the service was first class and the atmosphere was pleasant. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality Japanese cuisine in Munich. Oops sorry, what owner told me at the end of dish, no card but only cash. What??? He even pointed ATM there is ATM. So what.? Go and get cash to pay? Wow Lol
