Our guide brought us here. No menu. The waitress told us Menu del dia. It was more than twice as expensive as other restaurants nearby. I think it was the tourist price. The food was okay a dish was pretty good the other just okay. Definitely overpriced. If it was half the price (which is probably for locals), then my rating would be different. The staff had settings. I wanted to use my debit card (it was advertised) as the costs were more than expected. You wouldn't take the card and I had to use my last money.
So we asked the locals to come to this place. In the outside there were signs of: Wifi, visa, so it looked good for me. When we came in and looked out on the menu, it was a bit more expensive than other places (about 150 peso for a dish), but we thought it might be a really good place and therefore... Problems started with the Wifi that didn't work when it's a cheaper place, okay, but if you calculate more, you can offer more. It continued by serving us more food than we asked to tell us it is the menu (which is more expensive) without ordering the menu! Well, if they would offer the dessert at the end, at least it was honest, but they didn't offer it, just gave the Entrada... when I got the Ilma to the main dish, it was so disappointing... the dish was served in a plastic dish and the Ilma stew touching, again when there was a very cheap place it was okay and authentic, but not here... of course the quality of the food. In the end, we explained to them that we do not take the menu so that it does not take for the replacement empireada. And... they didn't just have credit cards, I have to say that at least this was written and my Spanish wasn't enough to understand, but it just added the disappointment... Bottom line: I very ceremonious, low quality of food, and high price, find another place.
We drove to K'allapurca at the top of our tour guide in the region, who always receive with danger through conflicts of interest handicrafts. I had the chicken and my girlfriend had the Ilma she liked. Your people also had chickens. Chicken was simple, not bad, not great, but TBH we cook better at home. Had left the place on a neutral note, but the bill came at $750ARS. This is extorting for what we have (including drinks not alcoholic empanada entree and basic desert of fruit salad) also according to tourist standards. We went the city and found stacks of options advertising about half the price of what we paid. Do not usually leave bad reviews, but this has disturbed me and with me for some reason maybe I am a bit sick to be taken for my tourist dollars. Maybe it paid good money for bad service (can not get a menu just the options, so the hidden pricing and had to ask for plates to eat our entrees on the typical loveless attitude) This is my third time to Argentina and I lived in the country for almost 18 months (my girlfriend and her family are also Argentinean and we shake her heads at this price) so I understand the pressure of inflation on local businesses, but that was a joke.
