We hired a full service for a birthday, they arrived after the start time just to put the tablecloths and set everything up when there were already guests. He didn't set a sweet table (because I didn't tell him there was a sweet table , they didn't want to serve dessert (because we didn't tell him there was dessert . We hired a complete service (x what the owner himself offered us, including decoration, tablecloths, waiters, cleaning, etc. and he had to make everything available even if there were things that we did not use.
