Super stay in December Hotel in a super setting surrounded by fir and next to the lake Quiet location I recommend

I definitely can't recommend it. Staff don't know what the others do. Promises are not respected. Beds were not covered, towels were not there and if you want to have new it costs 10€ per person. When we arrived, there was no running water. Suitcases were simply taken to the wrong hut and searched for a long discussion with me. You will be very badly informed and you will fool. If you want to get a cleaning woman it costs 50 € so you should bunk for a week toilet paper On the buffet there is very little choice, almost every day potatoes, beans. Oh!

Communication is more than just sparse. the transfer to the airport was booked on the eve of the reception, but the next day nobody knew about it. We should take a taxi.
