Five stars isn’t enough, but since that’s the maximum, that’s what they will get. The location is a bit off from anywhere else for a traveler, but it’s well forth the trip. But first, the food. Yes it is modern, but the flavours are sort of down to earth and familiar, and in my opinion well balanced. Not all the dishes were completely to my taste, but even then I could see the point of what they tried to achieve. There was no modern frill for the sake of just being modern. Amazing wines clearly selected with a passion for the product, you will probably be hard pressed to find these particular ones in many other places. The staff are stars. No matter they don’t speak English that well and I don’t speak Spanish that well, putting our skills together we were able to communicate absolutely fine. Finally the value for money is unbelievable, this was probably the most affordable menu degustasion I’ve ever had, and definitely one of the best. I also had a lot of photos of the dishes, but posting a review with photos was too much for Google and the entire review was banned. So here's one without pictures. Very good quality, both in food and in price. Worth. The long menu, if you don't eat a lot, ask for the shortest one because it's a lot of food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €90–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
