Gasthof Pension Rock - Mureck

We came for the 1/2 Half Iron Triathlon race: the place is perfect, very close to the race track. In the night before the race we had a dinner here: I had an ingenious frit soup and a very good vegan dish, my husband asked for some boiled rice and potato and they prepared for him a good dish without complaining (sometimes in Austria they are annoyed by these kinds of triathlete requirements). My dinner was very perfect, delicious and very traditional. On the day after the race, the restaurant served cake and chicken soup for all who attend the race and/or support the triathlete. The baked cakes were AWESOME, really delicious!!! And the soup was also really beautiful and appreciated by the triathlete and her family. The served food is really, really good, the atmosphere, in front of the lake, is relaxing. I'll be back soon.

Have spent a weekend in the hospit at the same name lake. simple but nice country house; room not overstretched, but clean; breakfast sufficient (a la card of course also possible, where apparently a small card is used on Sundays) - as a whole, as to what a family business should look like. next to the landscape and lake very beautiful; second sea is reserved for fishermen!Price - performance ratio fits every case!

We slept there two nights. very quiet, great location.Speisekarte a little challenging. kitchen not very flexible but qualitatiw in order.

In the frame of a large Triathlon sports event we returned to the hoisthouse röck at the Röck lake of the same name.It was quite a lot of going on and the waitresses were accordingly stressed. we were served flott.The ice cups looked delicious.

.wonderful large fish pond. room appropriately furnished, unfortunately with carpet floor, I find a pity, since this beautiful bright carpet will be very dirty soon. you need to be quite careful that you do not make everything dirty after fishing;) in front of everything when you travel with dog. Breakfast very good, sufficient selection, eat excellent and extremely fast served, staff extremely friendly...big plush...Hunde allowed, great opportunities for extended walks...we will come back safely!
