Brothers Ramen - Murfreesboro

I divorced with a dear friend tonight. This was the first time I was in quite some time, and I was pleasantly surprised by the renovations they made inward. It's really nice, and they play anime so that's an additional bonus. My friend and I like to order something from everything, so we ordered four appetizers and two bowls of ramen. Our first appetizer was the Chasu. This pig bell was the right amount of fat delicious with a beautiful sauce. Our second was Taroyaki. An interesting little bite. We liked it, but we thought it could have been improved with a spicy element to balance the creamy inside. Our third was the yaki-gyoza (Pork). They were good gyoza with good sauce. Nothing great, but definitely not bad. The last appetizer was the steam bunny. These were beautiful pillows of the tasty. I ordered the Tan Tan Ramen, and I am SO GLAD I took the recommendation of our server. He didn't get me wrong, and I'm very pleased that I left something later this week. My friend ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen, and she was also enthusiastic. We both said we were excited to come back here in the future, and she took some ramen home for her husband! The steamed rolls and Chashu Don are delicious. The pig bell is so delicate that it melts in the mouth. I'm always asking for a evacuation sauce for the rolls.

The food here was absolutely delicious. I had the Takoyaki and the Steamed rolls as an appetizer. My personal favorite was Takoyaki, the combination of cream and octopus was delicious. For the actual meal I had the spicy miso rams that was absolutely amazing! The taste was great and the pig belly Chashu was tender and melt in your mouth. My brother had the Gyuniku rays, which was also amazing. I took a few people home the next day and eat it and it was still good. The service was great and both people we talked about while it was very polite and brought all our food and drinks at a good pace to us. The restaurant itself was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.

From the fried tofu, **** at my meal, it was all amazing. Friendly waiters. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Took my mother out here for lunch. Absolutely was blown away of how good it was. I got the spicy miso. Definitely super good. We even got the steam buns. Definitely our go to now. Loved our server Tatum.
