For the second, my husband had French fires and I had freshly grilled asparagus. Both were good. The serving sizes were generous. Service was also very good. We enjoyed the ambience. It was beautiful and tastefully decorated for Christmas and we like to have real cloth napkins for lunch. (We also saw them for the evening meal with table cloth. Soft Christmas music played in the background, only loud enough to be pleasant and still lets us turn around comfortably. Besides a casual lunch for two, it looks like a great place for an organization or a corporate dinner or a wedding sample dinner. We'll be back.
CJ's offers excellent food and they're catering service is spectacular. They hosted the rehearsal dinner and catering service for our daughters wedding. Just prior to the wedding there was a massive storm that blew through, the staff from CJ's brought out cloths and began helping us clean the rain water from all the chairs. This was not their responsibility but they went above and beyond. If you are in the Murfreesboro area, I would highly recommend stopping there for dinner or should you need catering services they are outstanding.
The entire catering event could not have been better! The service and the food were amazing.
Discover the culinary experience that is not found today in most facilities. This place had a quiet ambience of a dinner club, complete with a live performance of a local jazz singer with good pipes that cover all standards. Well done! The dinner menu had something for everyone, and our table tried a variety of items like shrimp scampi, black salmon and steaks. Salads were delicious and tasteful with fresh greens and sweet tomatoes. Main dishes were properly prepared and supplied hot and steaming. Shrimp was slightly dry, could have more butter sauce. A very light amount for a Friday night, but I don't complain. It was also refreshing that the place was not covered with TV'S everywhere. Thanks to the staff and management of the undetected pearl, we could easily hear and enjoy the wonderful jazz!
The place was empty and now I know why. Your food is terrible, they swear like seafarers on the ground, they can't get an order right. I have a steak salad and the steak was like rubber... they didn't even have the right salad for it. Your sweet potato fries are good, but need the right diving sauce, not ketchup. My husband, the burger didn't even get back right. Nothing is homemade, I swear. We haven't complained since we had a voucher and got him free, but I suggest you skip this place. One star is the waitress was nice and the place was clean.
