Krystal - Murfreesboro

I ordered the 5 for $6.99 and was asked to pull forward to wait for my four Krystal burgers and an apple turnover. We had to wait a bit, but the gentleman who assisted us was very friendly, and they even gave us a complimentary fry, which made the wait feel more pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience—thank you!

The young woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She helped me gather my food, asked every question with a smile, and was very respectful, addressing me as "sir" each time.

Hey y'all!! I'm from NC and never been to a Krystals before but this team made sure it was a good experience. Morgan (delightful, helpful lady) took my order and another young lady brought out my food, offering condiments and anything else I may need, with a smile. I highly recommend the chili cheese dogs with chili cheese fries if you're adventurous like me. Lol!!! Thanks guys. Y'all are awesome.

The drive-thru experience was pleasant, and the staff member was very friendly. However, my chicken was rubbery and undercooked. I also didn't notice the price increase since the new side dish was introduced. As the commercial suggests, you can stick with your usual, but they want to tempt you with something new, and it seems that this comes at a higher cost. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 2 out of 5.

This was my 1st visit and I must say it was Great. The entire staff was professional helpful. They have a deal of Pick 5 items for $6.99. I tried a few items on the menus and they were very good. I recommend giving them a try? you might just surprise yourself. Highly recommendedFood: 5/5
