Today they never knocked into my door, my doorbell didn't ring and I never got a call. When I called THEM, they told me the driver knocked, the doorbell ringed and tried to call me. I was right next to the doorbell and my phone shows no missed calls. I just want to order jets or get Little Caesar? S
I was very disappointed with my dinner. My cheesesteak arrived with the toppings on one side and the meat on the other, which isn’t how a Philly cheesesteak should be served. This location has been declining for some time now.
I waited almost an hr for my delivery then the pizza cold....i got a phone call last night from papa John's giving me a free large pizza any topping. Delivery was on time and pizza was hot and delicious! Thanks Papa Johns and i will continue to be you customer.
I do not recommend this location; my experience was disappointing. The food quality here was much worse than at any other location I've visited. I filed a complaint with corporate, but it didn’t lead to any results. They promised that the store manager would contact me to discuss the issue, but that never happened. Corporate claimed an email was sent, yet they won’t provide any verification of this. I never received the email. It's no wonder this franchise is struggling financially. I suggest going with Marco's instead, as they offer better quality and consistency.
I ordered a supreme pizza, and this is what I received. I will never order from here again! This experience was extremely disappointing. You really need to learn how to follow directions and make a proper pizza!
