Almost 2 hours delivery time, half finished pizza with bottle taste and part of the order was forgotten. again and again:

This service has not even earned a star. we were very happy to order there, but lately not only has the quality, but also the competence reduced. I had ordered to eat today at 18:07 per deliveryando, the order was confirmed and I was shown that my food was delivered in 90 minutes. after my eating was not there after two hours, we decided to call and ask. we were sure that our food was already on the way to us (1 minute drive) when it was not yet there after another half an hour, we called again, this time we were told that we did not order there and they had no notic for the order. However, as we have a confirmation email, we have also told them that this has been reviewed again and said that they can now prepare the order and then let us arrive. After we have again pointed out that we wait for almost three hours, we were told that they have canceled our order and that we should never order there again. I find this a groundless cheeky, especially since this was not the first time with the delivery problems. I would not recommend ordering there.

I really can't understand many recessions here. We regularly order our food at this delivery service and I have never been disappointed until now. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to us. The food is always very tasty and neatly prepared. Today, my standard order has really blown around, there was really much trouble for order today, really perfect food of best quality as delicious as never before, I was inspiring.
