First as the screenshot shows, this is a verified review. Do not ever think about wasting your precious time and money at ‘Royal Beach’, anywhere but there! I have an allergy to nuts and sesame, let it be known that prior to ordering the restaurant was not aware of this, hence a starter of sushi with sesame seeds was kindly paid for by myself while they arranged a replacement. In this case, the menu has no mention of sesame but I accepted this was my mistake. HOWEVER, upon being informed of my allergy and informing me that my remaining orders were ‘allergy free’, they proceeded to serve me Sea bass which led me to emergency treatment in the local hospital! If you are reading Royal Beach, I deserve a full refund and if not I am exploring how I can take this life endangering incident further, as IT GOES WITBOUT SAYING IT SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN TO ANYONE. Absolute disgrace of a ‘restaurant’. Like many of you reading this I was simply looking for a good meal by the sea, but not only were the staff rude and dangerously incompetent, and the food degradingly overpriced, this trip cost me that evening smile that is the bare minimum for a trip out.

Great location, un welcoming , truly awful service, a long way up itself. Don’t bother go next door.

I am visiting Palma de Mallorca often in the last years except covid times .Today I was visiting one of my favorite places in Playa del Muro ,Royal Beach!!! The welcoming of the manager was terrible rude and arrogant when I tried to find a lunch table for me ,my partener and the little daughter. The manager or supervisor instead to try to find a table or something else waiting list he just show us THE EXIT IS THERE!!!this was manager words!!!I hopefully the top management and owner are aware of his manager behave!!!and they will not allow this to happen to another guests.Anyway super disappointed and definitely will never come back and will spread the word in London for my hospitality mates and bussiness partners!!! Definitely not recommended anymore place to be in Playa del Muro!!!!!

Restaurante con unas vistas espectaculares a la playa. Hemos pedido patatas bravas y croquetas de pollo y hamburguesa de ternera y ha sido todo buenísimo. Camareros muy simpáticos y atentos, nos han tratado muy bien, volveremos. Gracias
