Domino's Pizza - Murphy

I ordered two sandwiches, a broth bowl pasta, and a medium pizza. My sandwiches had only four small chicken pieces on them. My pizza was supposed to have pepperoni and jalapenos, but it only had pepperoni slices without any jalapenos. The only thing that was done correctly was my bread bowl pasta. This place really needs better training. I didn't bother calling back because they don't seem to care about doing things right. I have mentioned these issues before but sadly, no one seems to take any action. As I was on my way home, I realized I need to find a new place to eat.

The restaurant is in a good location with no worries. I always feel comfortable and everyone is very friendly here. The place is always clean.

This review is all about a terrible experience I had at this restaurant. They kept messing up my orders and one employee even told me that I should drive back to get the correct order, and that he and the manager wouldn't refund me. They offered credit or pizza points as compensation for my inconvenience, but it was frustrating to pay for something I didn't receive. After a 10-minute phone call, I finally demanded to speak with the manager. The manager was not very friendly at first, but eventually provided a credit for my troubles.

Very disappointed. they have made our order completely wrong. when we told them not to apologize, not even knowing that there was a mistake on their side, disappointing customer service, and we were asked to wait 10mins (it took longer). they said they don't want meat like it's our fault? the entry has clearly indicated the ingredients, which means that they did it wrong. they continued to make other pizzas as we stood there and when it finally came to our pizza, a hired with pink haare began to make our pizza wrong again (feeded red sauce, as it should be supposed to be alfredo) and we told the emotionless cashier who told the pink haired dame, who then made a great task to feel like an angry one. no eye contacts, murmured over, facial expressions. sheesh. get that, the cassian who helped us, went out with a pizzeria. we realized after a few minutes that he actually just got up and went for the night without saying -I go, but they care about her or even we were still there! Our pizza came out of that many and put on the side until we told a man near the many to give it to us! where were the other workers? find nowhere! bad customer service and my other pizza was cold and not properly heated. I came late to a nut night where we wanted to eat hot pizza and stress from very stressful weeks at work. never again.

Tried to get the special and the lady who answered said go online because we can no longer accept it via phone. but it was not online and when I called back she was so so rude. Went to another dominos and they were very nice and said she can do the special over the phone w no problem . Hate this dominos im ordering a pizza not getting a surgery don't make it too complicated
