Schlotzsky's - Murphy

Hate to send this but: I've been going to schlotzkys forever. Of all the ones I've been to the sandwich served to me on fm 554 in Murphy was the worst ever. They had to have left out something. The ham was way to thick and tough. Just wasn't up to par. Told my neighbor of my experience. I'm going to go to one that hits it out of the park every time, and I might buy that Murphy sclotzkys one and tell them to take it apart and learn.

Very nice decorations. Light and bright. Clean and organized. Roomy and comfortable booths. Limited parking. Fast service. Food is ready to pick

Ordered two giant cheese originals to go. When I got home I noticed the sandwiches were cold. None of the cheese melted. I have ordered these for years and know it should be a hot sandwich. Next time I know to double check before Ieave.

I have a Schlotzsky's closer to my home but I choose to drive a couple extra minutes to the Murphy location? Everyone is always so kind and friendly! Food is always fast and fresh!!! There is a night manager I believe her name is Sandra. She is so sweet and kind! Always greets you with a big smile? Goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and make sure everything is right. My family and I have been coming here for years.

Ordered to go and receive half our order. Called store and young female that answered was super rude and tried to flip it on us because we said we would comeback for the missing food. She proceeded to tell us there was nothing she could do about it even though we had the receipt. We asked her to make the items and we would come pick it up and she again refused and said it wasn’t her problem and they closed in 15 minutes.So an honest mistake has turned into upset customers and a bad review because of bad customer service and experience. Still can’t believe how disrespectful this young person was on the phone. As a person with a CS background for many moons this person need CS training. Better service would have been “I’m so sorry that happened”. I can make the missing order but we close in 15 minutes. We’ll be here for “xx” time cleaning up if you want to get it. Hmmm!!!!
