Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Murphy

This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie. I tried a smoothie that I wouldn't have normally tried and didn't like it. I talked to the person that was in charge and she didn't offer to make me something else or to help out in any way. I don't think I have ever had this happen where the product that the customer had wasn't to their liking and they offered to do something about it. Really disappointed.We also had a big group in the place. Group 11-12 people who had just spent $200+ in there at 7:00pm on a Saturday. They did not have one other customer the whole time we were in there.

This place is certified. Look at the freshness and deliciousness of that Buffalo Chicken Wrap. It tasted great. Mango madness smoothie was great as well. Place has high quality food

Great food horrible service.Don't offer curbside if not going to provide it. I ordered ahead due to being in a rush. There were atleast 4 workers inside 2 of the girls at the front just standing around gossiping. After 5 minutes I went inside and grabbed it.Again love the food but man service at this location is below subpar.

First time visiting this store. Enjoyed a Sunrise Sunset, delicious! Store was bright, clean and inviting. Highly recommend!

First time in, I have never been to a tropical smoothie before! Took a second to be approached no biggie, but wasn’t even greeted. He just said, “what can i get you.” I told him, “I would like the paradise point please” and asked him what the sizes are, he replied “one size” as he put his hand up with a shrug. I told him this is my first time in that’s why I asked, he replied “one size” I said thanks. I asked if the manager was in today, me knowing he was the manger because he was wearing the blue shirt but I said it so he would know I was going to mention something about his customer service. Definitely won’t be back!
