Domino's Pizza - Murphyville

Night shift staff manager. I believe his name Mario. Unprofessional and bad attitude. Very dismissive. I did curbside pick up my order was marked as complete before I received my order and min later after it was marked as complete a associate come to my car letting me know it would take 10min before my order was actually ready. That’s not even the worst part. They forgot about me so about 20min after that I decide to go in and ask about my order. And they had it just sitting behind the counter. I then ask shift lead Mario or what role he plays about the free pizza dominos promote after your order isn’t in your had 2min after it states it’s ready online.he tell me that has nothing t do with him.

Over price for pizza and it was deliver kind of late but is understandable due to address being difficult to find but for 1 large 4 topping pizza and a 2 litter was 34 dollars that's ridiculous domino'

Today, Sunday, March 3, at 7:30 p.m., I arrived with the intention of buying three pizzas. The cashier's service was very bad, rude, unfriendly, unpleasant experience.

I have been buying at this business for many years, everything is always very clean and helpful but I went on February 7, 2024 to order some pizzas and to my surprise the girl who was at the checkout was furious and told me I'll take care of her now. And I'm ok! Waiting with my son and he tells me once and for all that the orders will take 45 minutes to an hour ? Are you going to wait yes or no? ?To which I responded no thanks.? I turned to look at their screen to see if it was true that they were full of work and there was nothing, the screen was empty only with a person written there, that is where the orders that arrive are published online and that they ask by phone to what I looked there was nothing, I think that these staff are not leaving this business in a good position.? I hope they can do something about it. ? Thank you! ?

Considering the majority of Domino's I visited. That they look dirty, messy, or with terrible customer service, this is the complete opposite.
