Einstein Bros. Bagels - Murphyville

The prices are very high and the quality has diminished. I used to enjoy this place but the quality sucks. They don’t put enough cream cheese anymore. They don’t toast the bagels enough and seems like they are rushing the process. I would recommend this place anymore.

Extremely high prices, I.e., $2.79 for a Dixie cup size cup of plain coffee.Bagel with bacon and egg was almost $7 and egg was thin and bacon even thinner. Probably won’t be back.But restaurant was clean and staff seemed nice. Food prepared fast.

Can't find fresher bagels and better options anywhere.

I would give them 0 if I could. The customer serivce is lacking. They wear airpods while working, the cant ever pay attention to getting the order correct. As a cashier, you’re supposed to speak to the customer with respect and to where they can hear you.. everytime i’ve come here they just do a poor job. Better employees are needed.
