Einstein Bros. Bagels - Murphyville

I would give them 0 if I could. The customer serivce is lacking. They wear airpods while working, the cant ever pay attention to getting the order correct. As a cashier, you’re supposed to speak to the customer with respect and to where they can hear you.. everytime i’ve come here they just do a poor job. Better employees are needed.

I wish I could give negative stars due to my recent experience. I went into the establishment and got into the line and waited for my turn, which is normal. Then, I get up the the register, then out of nowhere a random white man comes up and starts ordering food and I said Excuse me? Then, the girl (who was a black woman) continued to get the man 's order. I turned around to see if anyone saw what was going on, but it was as if no one cared. I, as a black person am ashamed that I even ordered food, but it will be my last time ordering food from this establishment. I will not go any where that I am not accepted and or treated with disrespect. Then to top it off it took a long time to get my food. Never will go to any of the Einstein Bros. Bagels anymore until they prove they care for their black customers.

The people were very nice and the food is delicious. It feels like home to me.

Disappointed! Second time I get a sandwich that is not worth the money. One piece of bacon, one piece of cheese and 1 egg on a bagel for $5...
