Riverside Pizza - Murphyville

They say my pizza would be ready 15 to 20 min. Been for almost 45mins...smh

Horrible place !!!!! While I’m driving not really looking at the cheese bread I ordered. After passing my daughter a piece and me. After eating one piece I realized how burned the cheese bread is and the bottom of the cheese bread is missing bread !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I come back ask for a replacement. They tell me no because I had a piece and then I ask for a refund they still are telling me no. Well just what the police are on the way!!!! They give me the manager number to call as if it’s my job to call him. And of course he doesn’t pick up!!!! I will be disputing it with my bank and reporting them to BBB! Bad business!!!

Maxwell is genuinely a hard worker and though they’re short staffed sometimes he puts in the extra work!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how understanding and nice the service worker was. They truly cared about my situation (I came extremely late to pick up my order) and accommodated me.

Tried it with an Uber Eats offer. Wish we 'd have ordered somewhere else. Even though we paid for extra cheese, there was barely any. Actually, all the toppings were very, very minimal. The Greek premium pizza was missing ingredients altogether. Won 't go back.
