I spilled my drink on the freeway during a big wreck and the manager was so kind to replace it for me with no hesitation! 5 stars and shout out to the manager for great customer service!

Coffee’s are fine. What’s worse is the service lately. It’s like there has never been training, They don’t have any organization. 8 people in the store and the baristas have no idea who ordered what. So drinks are just sitting. They call out drink names, but some people ordered the same things. Then more people show up and the cycles continue. This is our favorite B&B but it seems to be needing some help desperately.

If you dont like it they make it right. you can also use your receipts to collect points online for a free item.

Staff was able to make the coffee butter frappe as an iced latte upon request. It was delicious! Staff was friendly and place was very clean.

Baristas are so polite and friendly. The drinks are wonderful. Selection for price is better than competitors. Flavors are richer, fuller and overall taste better. Beans Brews has more options for the family. I am impressed with this coffeehouse chain.
