The food (both dinner and breakfast was very good and nourishing, and everything you needed after / before a good hike in the mountains. The evening entertainment watched a magical sunset and amazing clouds over the mountains, but the best of all woke at this breathtaking view of a sunny morning. The hike from the Gondel over Isenfluh is also very peaceful and beautiful. Over 6 months ago we were there, but I can't stop thinking about a wonderful and unforgettable experience. I'd like to return. I hesitated to write a review because I didn't want the whole world to know about it, but Irene and Talak had made such an inviting and beautiful place that it seems unfair not to mention it!
Create a cabin at 2000 meters where all kinds of people arrive at every moment of the day. Where people can spend a night or 2 or more. As a ward, you just want one that your alley feels welcome. Irene and Talak work together with there team to give you a feeling of professionalism with 5 stars. Thank you.
Let's be honest: The shelter itself is quite average. Very friendly service in deed, even if the animal owner obviously had a lot of work due to the fact that we came on a sunny winter Sunday, but the place is actually nothing special. So... I would go for a 3-star rating, but people, this view is just unbeatable. They sit there right in front of Eiger, Mönch Jungfrau, the three iconic peaks of the Bernese Oberland. So 4 stars it is as you will not forget this view!

We wandered from Sulwald and loved this place. We loved the homemade bread served with our soup and local cheese. The surroundings were spectacular with mountain views. Note: CASH only.
