Bella's Pizza Villa - Murrieta

This review is in response to Chuck J I work at Bellas and was working last night when he called in.

Review Update: still have not returned to establishment but have been harassed through Yelp by a restaurant regular messaging me "LIBERAL ALERT".

Change is good, right? Except when you're hungryTrying a new restaurant can be bitter sweet, especially when you've got 3 hungry kids.

Went there a month and a half ago and just got around to making this review because of the horrible memory that night. First I walked over to the bar area and waited 15 minutes for someone to pour me a pitcher. Then I ordered two pizzas and waited over an hour for them. One of the pizzas was not even sliced and I had to bring it to them and tell them to cut it. We ate them and ordered a small pepperoni pizza. The pizza took nearly two hours this time. They knew we were not very happy with this horrible service and did not even offer an apology or even a discount! Worst experience EVER! PS. I used to go there regularly!

I'm pretty disappointed in this place after tonight , I give major props to some of the staff. But I've had their cheese pizza before and it never came out looking like a little caesars cheese pizza. My 5 year old said hey mom this taste just like little Caesar ... I know they were slammed , but that doesn't excuse the food quality , most of the games were broken or down for service and kept taking coins, which really was a disappointment as my girls love the games here . We unfortunately won't be back to eat in , maybe take out for wing Wednesday but that's it.
