El Pollo Loco - Murrieta

The chicken is always cooked to perfection. The salads are consistently fresh as well—never a wilted leaf in sight!

It is frustrating that the workers never seem to understand English so that you end up sitting on the speaker for 10 minutes repeated and confirm your order several times. Finally I got my tostada and brc burrito. Well, we're gonna pay $15/hr. So worth the hatelings!!!

I thought I'd try this place for the first time. I have a page of guacamole and chips. It was literally just an avocado and the chips were super stale. It said the Burrito also came with guacamole, but again it was just avocado.

Pollo Loco is a decent spot if you're in the mood for chicken, tortillas, and sides. However, I would advise against ordering the chips and guacamole. The chips might be fine, but the guacamole is not worth it. I would even suggest it as a way to cleanse your colon before a doctor’s visit! Each of the three times I tried it resulted in an upset stomach and diarrhea. Proceed with caution!

This is not your typical Pollo Loco...this is more like your mom and pops favorite restaurant. The first thing you notice is how elegant and SUPER CLEAN this place is. You are met by very friendly quick employees. Food is ready within 5 minutes and warm and delicious to see. The chicken does taste better too. Did i mention how clean this place is? and the employees wont stop cleaning.... even the tables that are already clean lol. Awesome job all these employees, managers and onwers do at this location. 10 stars from me.
