Contribuisci feedbackI called and a child took up the phone and just put it on the switch without asking me to put me under control. I sat there for 2 minutes say hello?. Hello. Finally, the phone hangs up and whoever works has decided not to hang the phone up again, so it was now just a busy signal for the last 45 minutes and still further. The worst service I had without getting a grip on anyone. Children nowadays. If I could do 0 stars, I would put -1
Hot and ready pizza? Ha! The biggest lie I've ever heard. Not only is it pricier than other small caesars, but every time I go there and order a classic pizza, the wait is TWENTY MINUTES. The quality is amazing, so my extra star, but the service is terrible. My friend had much worse experiences.
His service here is AWFUL!! They screwed up our pizza order when we wanted to complain that we should come to replace our order. We drive here on 1 of the hottest days here in Murrieta the manager began to tell us in an angry voice Where's the other pizza? I told him I wasn't told to bring it in, I thought like any other place, We can't bring food back cus of Covid Then he waits us for almost 30 minutes on a new pizza. The manager there Paul is extremely rude does not care about his customers.. Buyer Careful! If you want a good pizza good customer service, this is not the place U WANNA GO!! I also reported to the Health Department
Good experience with ordering by phone. Then it went very fast on the hill with pickup. They were not too busy and seemed to have pizza easily available. Our order was wrong and charged. Waiting was over 40 minutes for a little Caesar pizza. Boo! x2
Extremely disappointed. I want a refund. I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. 1 Extra Most Bestest cheese and 1 Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Order 254895. When I got home and opened the box on the Pepperoni which was correctly labeled there was very little if any Pepperoni or cheese on the pizza. The phone for this location is off the hook and constant busy signal. Unable to contact anyone for resolution. Little Ceasers owes me $7.49 plus tax for giving me less than I paid for. Submitted electronic correspondence to customer service online. Not holding my breath on a reply.
