Applebee's Grill Bar - Murrysville

First, I want to offer Cody, our waiter, my deepest gratitude. He was the best waiter we had for years. While I understand the burden that frontline employees have first hand as I and my wife work in health care, it is not often that we see true happiness in someone who helps another person or group. Cody shows what Applebees and many other facilities should strive for every day. While you were busy, you would not have known how he took time to hear our food-specific orders and not to be on the way with an invoice or without a table service. I talked to the manager and mentioned his big job. If he and others like him work there, my family and I will be sure to apply this place more often. To review food, as always great food, good portions, and my children almost always full of smiles.

At this point with my older parents on Monday at 12 noon and had a very nice time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The waitress was nice and very sweet for my mom and dad. This place was very clean and the food arrived quickly. We were all happy with our lunch. Personally, I didn't visit Applebee and just went here because my parents wanted to. It is not that I have ever had a bad experience in one, but these kinds of restaurants are simply not my typical preference. But since I had such a positive experience at this point, I definitely see myself coming back. From what I experienced staff and management is doing a good job here

Ordnete Prime Rib Sandwich. Wasn't Prime Rib. It was cheese steak and it was greasy that I sent it back and got the double crisp shrimps. Much better. Onion rings were also good.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the service is always fantastic.

The waiter was great! He apologized multiple times for drinks taking a long time for refills bit they were under staffed. Food was excellent. We had the big sampler, ribs, and the whiskey burger and all was perfect.
