The baklava is homemade by his wife and is the best I 've had. Don 't let the Gas Satation scare you off, they were cleaning the entire time and the kitchen is very organized and clean.
Food was excellent, owner is very nice and gave us huge portions. Make sure you get the baklava. Atmosphere is different, it’s a gyro stand in a gas station.Would go again.
As a passionate gyro enthusiast, I can confidently say that this place ranks among the top five. The lamb is incredibly tender and packed with flavor. The vegetables are fresh, and the pita bread is wonderfully soft. I would give it a 10/10; my only complaint is that they were a bit stingy with the hot pepper relish.
Mohamed Asa is the best gyro maker in the world! I used to help him out at Oakland Pittsburgh University, and we had a great time together, laughing and joking. Mohamed is such a funny guy. I miss you, my friend!
We also had a small Greek salad, featuring fresh tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, crisp lettuce, and zesty red onions, all generously topped with their signature homemade dressing. And of course, we couldn't leave without trying their homemade baklava, which exceeded all our expectations with its remarkable taste and texture. However, what truly made this experience special was the warm and sincere hospitality from the owner. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed like long-lost friends, adding an extra layer of comfort and authenticity to our dining experience.
